Official Contest Rules & Regulations
1. Eligibility
This contest (the “Contest”) is open to all dealers in Canada who have been approved by SNAP Home Finance.
To be entered to win any of the prizes (stated below in “Prizes”), you must
a. Have internet access
b. Be an approved SNAP Home dealer partner who has gone through the dealer training sessions and understands how to submit a credit application for your customer
c. Have a valid email address
d. Have a valid address

2. Contest Period
a. Contest begins on February 25, 2020 at 12:01 am and ends on March 27, 2020 at 11:59pm Pacific Time.

3. Prizes
There will be 1 winner for Category A below, 10 winners for Category B, 100 winners from Category C and 4 winners from category D.

Prize Categories
a. Grand prize: 1 travel experience of the winner’s choice in the form of a gift card (value of $3000)
b. Second prize: 1 x 10 Go Pro HERO7 Cameras ($200 each)
c. Third prize: 1 x 100 Amazon gift cards ($50 each)
d. Flash prizes: 1 x 4 Samsung Galaxy watches ($500 each)

4. How to Enter
a. Submit at least 1 credit application for your customers during the Contest Period. The application has to be approved for it to be considered as 1 entry into the Contest.
b. There are no limits to number of entries per dealer
c. No dealer will be eligible to win more than one Prize
d. All credit applications must be received prior to March 27, 2020 11:59pm Pacific Time
e. Credit applications generated, reproduced or manipulated by a script, macro, bot or other automated or mechanical means will be void
f. Credit applications must be complete, accurate, and valid
g. Entries/credit applications may be rejected by SNAP if the credit application does not comply with these Rules

5. Winner Determination
a. The total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period will determine the odds of winning
b. Winners will be randomly selected using a random draw picker, from all eligible entries for each Prize shortly after the Contest Period end date.
c. The winners of each Prize will be notified by email using the email address associated with the winner’s SNAP dealer account. The winner must then respond within 7 days of the date the notification email is sent to confirm acceptance of the Prize and to confirm the address they want the Prize sent to. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of the date the notification email is sent or if the winner does not comply with the Rules and Regulations of the contest, the winner will be disqualified and SNAP will randomly select another winner for the Prize.
d. The winners will receive their respective Prizes via email or mail.
e. The Prizes will be emailed or mailed to winners within 15 days after the respective winners have accepted the prizes.

6. General
a. All decisions made by SNAP related to this Contest are final
b. SNAP reserves the right to modify or terminate this Contest and to modify the Contest Rules & Regulations at any time.
c. This contest is subject to applicable federal, provincial or municipal laws and regulations.
d. Any claim or legal action associated with the Contest will be governed exclusively by British Columbia law
e. SNAP and its subsidiaries or affiliates do not assume responsibility or bear liability for any reason a dealer’s entry is delayed, damaged or incomplete; or any inability of a winner to accept a Prize for any reason.
